WC Smith is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Archer Park. This individual is responsible for providing exemplary customer service to guests and residents during the evening. In this position, the Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for assisting the management office with administrative and resident-related tasks. Saturday and Sunday 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
• Using a multi-line telephone, answer and appropriately route all incoming calls
• Receive and greet visitors; direct visitors to appropriate destination
• Provide general information regarding property functions and respond to routine inquiries regarding the property and contact information
• Take telephone messages for team members when requested
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
• Receive and log incoming packages and certified mail
• Responsible for general maintenance of the reception area
• Walk the property for safety precautions
• Light cleaning when needed, specifically of spills and for emergencies
• Demonstrate an understanding and commitment to fair housing, equal employment, and racial/ethnic diversity policies at all times
• Communicate effectively with the supervisor and senior management staff of WC Smith
• Assist the Community Manager in organizing and administering special events
REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma
• At least one year of experience in a residential administrative position
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel software)
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under limited supervision while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and production
• Superb customer service orientation and effective oral and written communication skills, along with a positive and professional attitude
