POSITION SUMMARY:
WC Smith has an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager of 734 Longfellow.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations for Longfellow
  • Provides a high level of customer service to residents
  • Oversees and manages a 3,000 square foot co-work space
  • Partners with other Managers and the team regarding the leasing
  • Cultivates strong relationships with all residents
  • Addresses all questions and concerns  
  • Works a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of residents
  • Contributes to the retention of residents within the property, including renewal communication 
  • Partners with the maintenance team to ensure resident satisfaction
  • Reviews and verifies monthly billings, invoices, resident ledgers, and accounting details as needed.
  • Provides assistance with community initiatives and events as needed.


CAREER EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in property management experience
  • Previous successful experience managing and coaching employees
  • Strong customer service orientation and experience working in a luxury property preferred.
  • Exemplary problem-solving, communication, and analytic skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of Federal Fair Housing laws, as well as local regulations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Federal and DC Fair Housing laws.
  • Previous experience utilizing property management software (Yardi preferred).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Commercial, office management, and or co-work experience is helpful 
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evening and weekends, to accommodate the needs of the property
