POSITION SUMMARY:
WC Smith has a great opportunity for a laborer to join our Property Services division. This position will be responsible for the delivery of materials, assisting with various maintenance projects, as well as the general upkeep of maintenance shops.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive shipments, check for damages and sort stock for distribution
Keep record of invoices sent and received
Fill orders by taking items from the shop and preparing them for use and delivery
Monitor shelves and fill them in when needed
Maintains the cleanliness and safety of the supply area
Place orders with suppliers when inventory is low and also order packing and shipping supplies when needed
Contact supplier and resolve any shipping issues
Informs the Management team of inventory and concerns immediately
Complete other tasks for the shop as needed 

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED required
Must have at least 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
Must be able to bend and lift heavy materials
Well-organized, able to multitask but also attentive to detail
Strong communication skills
Ability to think quickly and resolve issues
Must be able to lift minimum of 20 pounds up to 60 pounds  
Must have a valid driver’s license
