JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position Summary:
To support our growing Technical Team, in the disassembly of various aircraft projects to perform aircraft disassembly as directed by the technical supervisor, document the parts removed. You will perform daily work scope based on aircraft parts needing removal as directed by the Technical Supervisor. Assists Technical Supervisor with any work that needs to be completed.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• To ensure the safe disassembly/removal of parts/components from various aircrafts and that these are clearly labelled/documented.
• Ability to identify damaged components by visual methods.
• To read/interpret AMMs & IPCs
• To work with various tools/equipment and ensure all items are well maintained and in good state of repair at all times.
• To actively support the continuous improvement projects within the business to help improve quality and productivity.
• To promote a culture of safety by monitoring self & others to ensure all duties are performed within established safety guidelines.
• To report any technical issues, delays, or other issues to the Head of Technical/Senior Management
• Supporting the delivery of KPIs across safety, quality, and productivity to maintain operational growth (including hours worked; accuracy & quality; responsiveness, etc.)
• Ensure all contract reviews are completed and the relevant control and sign off certification in line with Company policy & procedures.
• Work in conjunction with other functional teams, ensuring that the resources required to support the projects are in place.
• Any other duties associated with, or different from those specified above at the request of the Senior Management, or to meet the needs of the business demands.


Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, disassembly, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of aircraft systems and structures


Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with FAA

• None

Languages:
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Physical Demands:
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
