Position Summary: To support our growing Technical Team, in the disassembly of various aircraft projects to perform aircraft disassembly as directed by the Head of Technical, document the parts removed and to liaise with the Project/Logistics Lead. You will perform daily work scope based on aircraft parts needing removal as directed by the customer/Head of Technical. Assists Head of Technical with any work that needs to be completed. Duties & Responsibilities: · Ensure the safe disassembly/removal of parts/components from various aircrafts and that these are clearly labelled/documented · Ability to identify damaged components by visual methods · Read/interpret AMMs & IPCs · Work with various tools/equipment and ensure all items are well maintained and in good state of repair at all times · Actively support the continuous improvement projects within the business to help improve quality, productivity, etc. · Promote a culture of safety by monitoring self & others to ensure all duties are performed within established safety guidelines · Report any Technical issues, delays or other issues to the Head of Technical/Senior Management · Supporting the delivery of KPIs across safety, quality and productivity to maintain operational growth (including hours worked; accuracy & quality; responsiveness, etc.) · Ensure all contract reviews are completed and the relevant control and sign off certification in line with Company policy & procedures · Work in conjunction with other functional teams, ensuring that the resources required to support the projects are in place · Any other duties associated with, or different from those specified above at the request of the Senior Management, or to meet the needs of the business demands Required Qualifications: · High School Diploma or GED required · Good communication skills · Strong Leadership skills · High Attention to detail · Excellent Hand skills · Good level of physical fitness · Team player (Hands on) · Energized/Enthusiastic with a professional ‘can do’ attitude · Excellent timekeeping Preferred Qualifications: · Demonstrable experience in aircraft maintenance or disassembly projects · Good Communication skills · Be highly focused to stick to the objectives and goals of the Company without giving in to undue distractions and challenges · Strong motivational skills to bring out the best in team members · Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results Travel: · None Languages: • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Physical Demands: • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds. • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. • Comfortable working in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
Working Conditions: • Full-time position: Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime and weekends as needed. • Work is performed in hangars, workshops, and outdoor environments. • Exposure to noise, dust, and potentially hazardous materials.
