This position is primarily responsible for producing and developing content for the company video and communication products, including social media, website and broadcast.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY
Shoot and edit video products.
Assist producers and editors in story coverage.
Develop content for company social media, blogging and website, as well as research methods of expanding the company web/social media audience.
Comply with the Certified Fleet Operator requirements of the Company Driving and Safety Policy.
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Four-year degree in video production or a related field.
Experience in video production, 2 years preferred.
Good video shooting and editing skills.
Good knowledge of video production equipment, including but not limited to:
Good knowledge of video production applications, including Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
Social media video production experience preferred.
Drone experience and FAA Part 107 preferred.
Good interview verbal skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
Ability to plan, organize, and complete detailed work independently or in a team environment.
Willing to travel as required.
Valid Texas driver’s license and driving record at the time of hire which would not place the employee on probation or disqualify the employee from Certified Fleet Operator status under the Company Driving and Safety Policy.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Use of PC, telephone, copy machine, and other office equipment over six (6) hours per day.
Extended periods of sitting and concentration.
Occasional bending, twisting, crouching, pulling, pushing, lifting, reaching and moving items weighing up to 30 lbs.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Occasional long, irregular hours.
Occasional travel by auto or other public transportation.
Work to be conducted in office environment owned or leased by company.
