Strategic Analysis, Inc. (SA) is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Conference Center Operations Coordinator to support DARPA’s Conference Center (DCC). The conference center includes a 175-seat main conference room, a medium-sized conference room, and two breakout rooms, all equipped with advanced audiovisual technology to support in-person, hybrid, and virtual meetings. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining customer service, hospitality, event logistics, and facility operations to deliver exceptional meeting experiences. As one of two full-time professionals supporting the DCC, you will play a key role in ensuring successful meetings from initial coordination through final room reset. This is a hands-on position offering the opportunity to support government customers, manage varied daily activities, and make a visible impact in a premier conference center environment. Job Responsibilities
As the Conference Center Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the successful execution of meetings and daily operations, working closely with our government clients, vendors, and internal staff to ensure that every event runs smoothly.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
 Coordinate all aspects of conference center meetings from initial customer requirements through event completion, including logistics , room configuration, and             operational support.
   Manage conference room reservations and maintain accuracy of the conference center calendar and scheduling systems.
 Conduct customer consultations, site visits, and pre-event coordination to confirm meeting requirements and ensure successful
   execution.
 Perform conference room set-ups (table, chairs, podium/stage) and room reconfigurations.
 Coordinate audiovisual equipment and provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for meetings and events.
 Support classified and controlled meetings by ensuring applicable security procedures and facility requirements are followed.
 Coordinate with internal and external support organizations, including facilities, security, custodial, vendors, and other service
   providers.
 Maintain conference center equipment, furnishings, supplies, inventory, and overall facility readiness.
 Support ad hoc projects such as participation in planning committee for the annual DARPA Award Ceremony held at the DCC.
 Serve as the operational lead for conference center activities when the Conference Center Manager is unavailable.

Required Qualifications
 Associate or bachelor’s degree with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
 Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
 Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
 Experience with conference/event planning, conference facilities operations, or similar customer-focused environments.
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, ZoomGov, Microsoft Teams, and electronic room scheduling systems.
 Familiarity with audiovisual systems, hybrid meetings, and video teleconferencing technology.
 Ability to lift and move conference room furniture and equipment as needed for meeting setups and room reconfigurations.
