Strategic Analysis, Inc. (SA) Is rapidly seeking a
Junior Engagements SETA
for the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H)
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Support ARPA-H convenings, receptions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings — from intimate roundtables to large-scale innovation showcases
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including attendee registration and communications, materials preparation, and on-site execution
- Coordinate travel arrangements and complex trip logistics for ARPA-H leadership and stakeholders
- Coordinate outreach efforts and maintain engagement tracking systems
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up communications for meetings and events
- Maintain event calendars, stakeholder databases, and project management systems
- Develop post-event reports and metrics to measure engagement impact
- Work closely with ARPA-H program teams, communications, and leadership to align engagements with strategic priorities
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in event management, stakeholder engagement, travel coordination, or related role
- Exceptional attention to detail — you catch what others miss and nothing falls through the cracks
- Experience working across the healthcare, life sciences, research, or innovation ecosystems (industry, academic institutions, startups, government, nonprofits)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to problem-solve in real-time
Education: Bachelor's degree
Position is on-site in Washington D.C or Dallas, TX with ad-doc travel as needed
Clearance: Ability to obtain HHS Public Trust.
