Strategic Analysis, Inc. is searching for a Project Coordinator that ensures the reliable performance of the organization's IT infrastructure. This role serves as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and account-related issues while escalating complex incidents to higher-tier support teams as needed. Responsibilities: Information Technology (IT) Support · Provides technical guidance and support for a range of IT equipment, including laptops, mobile devices, and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems across all classification levels. · Serves as the VTC subject matter expert, responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and providing instruction to personnel. · Coordinates with external agencies, such as the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and Special Access Program (SAP) offices, to resolve IP address allocation and other network-related issues. · Manages the imaging and deployment of laptop and desktop systems for incoming personnel. · Installs, configures, and maintains desktop systems, printers, and associated peripheral devices to ensure operational readiness. Accountable Property Management · Oversee the planning and execution of projects to ensure the accountability of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and other IT assets. · Performs all property accountability duties, including regulatory reporting, managing accountable assignments, and conducting annual inventories of Property, Plant, and Equipment (PP&E). · Manages the lifecycle of accountable property, including transfers, and maintains the integrity of overall inventory records. · Evaluates property management systems and workflows, covering receiving, inventory control, delivery, and disposition. · Applies extensive knowledge of warehouse, supply, and property management procedures to analyze and improve inventory and property systems Requirements: · 2-3 years of related experience support a DoD organization. · Understanding of ITIL basic workflows.
