Strategic Analysis, Inc. (SA) Is actively seeking a Junior Action Officer to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) Division of Government Relations and Strategy (DGRS).

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Track new initiatives across the agency; work with leadership teams to implement new tools
2. Support executive communications across the agency
3. Track tasks and items to completion; develop new reports
4. Support administrative duties such as taking meeting minutes, scheduling meetings, etc.


Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning and/or performance management
2. Previous experience in project management, process design and facilitation, and executive communications
3. Previous experience in designing and implementing processes and SOPs
4. Strong proficiency in M365 and Atlassian
5. Background in health policy and/or biomedical research

Education:  Master's Degree

Clearance: Ability to obtain HHS Public Trust.
Hybrid in D.C. 2-3 days a week at ARPA-H
