Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Intergovernmental Affairs Regulatory Specialist to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) activities. The ARPA-H mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems.  

Roles and Responsibilities: 
Build and maintain relationships with FDA points of contact.
Collaborate with ARPA-H program managers and FDA contacts to support program development and ongoing program activities
Collaborate with ARPA-H PATIO Office to ensure PMs are supported with regulatory consultants.
Assist IGA Specialists with identification of key programs and key points of contact within USG agencies/programs in relation to ARPA-H programs/mission.
Capture data into Intergovernmental tracking system. Create and maintain a dashboard of HHS interagency engagements and programs.
Draft reports on ARPA-H engagement or on potential opportunities as required.
Create presentations tailored to agency/divisions, support outreach and scheduling with agency contacts as required.

Requirements:
3+ years at FDA required
Experience with contracts research, management tracking tools.
Must be detailed, diplomatic, with excellent communication, research, and writing skills, and flexible to juggle various projects at once.
Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, etc., and other related presentation and tracking software tools.

Desired Experience / Expertise: 
2-3 years in an ARPA setting 
Minimum degree: Bachelor’s degree

On-site Requirements: hybrid; minimum of 2 days delivery at client site in Washington D.C. required
