Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled
Research Risk-Based Security Analyst
to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) Chief Operating Officer (COO) activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) General understanding of the R&D lifecycle, stages of research development and investment, and common federal R&D agency solicitation, assistance, and/or procurement processes.
2) Software tools to review documentation submitted with proposal submissions and assess security risk of organizations and individuals.
3) Prepare reports, briefs, and communications to convey security risk findings to internal and external stakeholders.
4) Strong analytical, organization and communication skills
5) Strong writing skills and ability to prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Experience/Expertise Required:
1) Experience with research risk-based security reviews on proposals to research programs and/or SBIR/STTR due diligence programs.
2) Experience interpreting federal guidance, establishing and managing process, and preparing reports and briefs to convey findings.
Qualification Requirements:
1) Education: Bachelors in STEM, Business, or International Studies/National Security related degree.
2) Clearance: NIH Public Trust (Ability to obtain); Active SECRET/Top Secret preferred.
