Strategic Analysis is seeking a skilled
Orientation Coordinator
to support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). It is of paramount importance to exceed our client expectations with high integrity and focused attention to program deliverables.
In addition to working well in a team environment, as a successful Orientation Coordinator candidate you responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure an efficient and smooth execution of DARPA’s Onboarding Program, Basecamp.
Must be able to support hours of 7:00 am -5:30 pm Monday and Tuesday every other week for personnel orientation.
Responsibilities:
• Scheduling Support: Manage the Basecamp calendar, distributing calendar invitations to all briefers, tracking RSVPs, and confirming room availability.
• Roster Management: Update roster and attendee status throughout each iteration of the program.
• Attendee Management: Check-in attendees and facilitate CAC appointment transitions.
• Cohort Teams Site Management: Establish and monitor Cohort Teams sites to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Event Support: Support and execute day-of Basecamp operations.
• Back-up Support: Provide support as Basecamp Support Specialist, when needed.

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
Experience:
• Experience supporting large events or programs, including onboarding or conferences
• Experience with administrative tasks, such as schedule and roster management
• Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Desired skills:
• Ability to learn client specific processes for administrative tasks.
• Ability to track and execute multiple tasks while prioritizing the most urgent or important
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate problems and provide real time solutions when unexpected issues arise
• Ability to provide support at client site 3 days per week.
• Possession of strong attention to detail
