Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking versatile and skilled BAA/Innovative Solutions Coordinators to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) activities. ARPA-H requires Solicitation Coordinators to play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of procurement related activities within the ARPA-H organization.  This role supports the Mission Office Leadership and reports to the Assistant Director for Program Management.
 
Specific Duties Required:
  • Program solicitation process coordination: Drafting/routing/publishing solicitation documents, coordinating FAQ's, preparing and assigning abstracts and proposals and tracking and consolidating responses. 
  • Open solicitation coordination, to include assigning abstracts and proposals, tracking team reviews response letters. 
 
Experience/Expertise Required:   
  • Experience supporting the USG solicitation process for an office wide solicitation, as well as program specific solicitations. 
  • Must be organized, able to work within a team, have knowledge of the R&D process. 
  • ARPA experience strongly desired. 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
 
Qualification Requirements:

  • HHS, NIH Public Trust (Ability to obtain)
