Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Technical SETA to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) RSO PM activities. The ARPA-H mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems.  
 
The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Review abstracts, proposals, prepare technical documents. 
  • Assist the PM with project management. 
  • Ability to work independently, or as part of a team.
 
Experience:
A successful Technical SETA will incorporate the following skills and experiences:
  • Have a high proficiency in writing technical documents. 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Detail Oriented and creative.
  • Experience with program/project management.
  • Engineering, computer science, system integration experience.
 
Qualification Requirements:

Education
  • Masters or Ph.D. required in Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science 

Clearance

  • HHS, NIH Public Trust (Ability to obtain)
Experience 
  • A minimum of 5+ years working with senior leadership in a professional environment.
