Job Summary
Responsible for collecting and replacing all slot machine bill validating currency drop boxes, in accordance with the MICS and the policies and procedures of the Drop Team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
> All Team Members must embrace and deliver Kiowa's Guest Service Standards to every Guest on every shift, as outlined in
Orientation, the Team Member Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), and any other related training.
> Removes and replaces slot machine bill validating currency drop boxes, oneslot/gaming machine at a time.
> Transfers slot drop boxes, escorted by security, to a locked count room where the buckets are secured.
> Adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures, and to the MICS.
> Must adhere to the safety rules and regulations of the Kiowa Casino and of theFinance department.
> Consistently ensures an exceptional level of service and satisfaction is achieved throughout the property, exceeding the expectations
of external and internal Guests alike in a timely and effective manner.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA)
Required:
> High school diploma or GED required
> At least 21 years of age
Preferred:
> Working knowledge of the Gaming Industry and the laws and regulations governinggaming operations
Skills Required:
> Basic computer skills
> Strong written communication skills
> Strong verbal communication skills
> Customer service, interpersonal and teamwork skills necessary to maintain quality service delivery
> Accurate and detail-oriented
Abilities Required:
> Ability to maintain high confidentiality
> Ability to independently manage multiple tasks in a professional manner
> Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds routinely
Physical Demands / Work Environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this position, the team member is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The team member must lift and/or move up to 100 pounds routinely.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Office, gaming floor and convention center environment including flashing lights,frequent loud noises and cigarette smoke. Must be flexible with work schedule. Must be willing to work any hours and/or shift, as assigned, according to business needs. Occasionally must deal with angry or hostile individuals.
