Job Responsibilities

The Software Engineer (SWE) Lead for WSI will be part of a team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the WSI products:  BMDS Operational Readiness Reporting System (BORRS) tool, Request for Analysis/Information (RFA/RFI) tool, and Integrated Scheduling Tool (IST).  The SWE Lead will provide functional oversight for the team's technical activities, establish core software development standards, expand the use of existing MSDN tools to include unit testing and automated builds, author and provide reviews for Software Design Documents, provide mentorship of junior software engineers, work with the Task Order Lead and the Systems Engineer in planning future development activities, and participate in stakeholder meetings with the Task Order Lead to provide technical expertise as necessary.  In addition, the SWE Lead will assist in the development of the WSI products.

Qualifications
Candidate must have a degree in Computer Science or related discipline• Candidate must have 10 years of experience as a technical lead for software development• Candidate must have programming experience to include C#, MVC, Entity Framework, and T-SQL• Candidate must have web development skills using SQL Server, Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server and HP Fortify• Candidate must have experience with Agile development using Scrum• Candidate must have experience with the WSI products of BORRS, RFA/RFI, and IST• Candidate must have Security+ certification with Continuing Education (CE)• Candidate must have experience providing technical briefs to stakeholders• Candidate must have an active Secret clearance.

?Missile Defense experience with knowledge of MDA element and COCOMs• Active Top Secret clearance based on SSBI
