Job Responsibilities
The candidate will provide systems engineering, deployment, sustainment, and network support to Air Force Civil Engineering (CE) Squadrons worldwide in support of the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) Platform IT (PIT) Industrial Control System (ICS) Project. The candidate will also participate collaboratively with the ICS Tech Support team to implement projects for CE customers worldwide. He/She must also be able to work independently and assist customers in providing adequate resolutions to escalated technical support issues by delivering professional and timely responses via email, telephone, and/or onsite support. 
*Minimum seven (7) years administering, patching and troubleshooting Microsoft Server operating systems (2008/2012 R2) utilizing Hyper-V
*Meet/obtain requirements for IAT Level II in accordance with DoD 8570.M Table 3 or CompTIA Security+ certification within six (6) months
*Knowledge of data network protocols, design & operations, TCP/IP, Ethernet, and subnetting
*Knowledge of network security concepts and best practices, operating system hardening & network device hardening, and experience with network  security assessments with respect to common vulnerabilities associated with ICS
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Willingness to travel approximately 12-21 weeks (40%) per year to CONUS and OCONUS locations

Desired Competencies/Experiences/Certifications:
*Minimum of Associates degree in  Electrical and/or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Assurance, Cyber Security or Management  of Information Systems/Technology
*Working knowledge of Linux Red Hat, SQL, ePO, ACAS, and SCADA
*Familiarity with process & network equipment used in ICS applications and their installation techniques
*Familiarity with penetration testing techniques and web application scanners and firewall technologies
*Knowledge of FISMA, NIST 800 series, Federal RMF, and ability to articulate such guidelines, policy, and processes

*Must be able to obtain or currently possess a secret security clearance
