Job Responsibilities
As a Client Support Systems Administrator (CSA) on the Incident Response Team (IRT), the candidate will support the Ballistic Missile Defense System Support (BMDSS) Organization on the Joint National Integration Center Research and Development Contract (JRDC) program's customers including MDA/BCX, MDNT, BNOSC, JFCC IMD and GMD. The IRT CSA will provide break/fix for users in response to Remedy incidents, preventative maintenance activities as scheduled and activities needed to satisfy Requests for Service (RFS). 
*Associate in Information Technology or related field with a minimum of two (2) years of experience (additional acceptable education/experience: High  School diploma with a minimum of five (5) years experience)
*Security+ certification
*Experience in MS Windows 7 desktop system administration
*MS Office Pro suite within an MS Server 2008 (or later) Active Directory environment
*Experience in printer services and operations
*Experience in related network protocols including Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol  (DHCP) and Domain Name System (DNS)
*Must be able to lift a minimum of 35 pounds

Desired Competencies/Experience/Certifications:
*Experience with one or more of the following: server administration, network administration, storage systems, SMS/SCCM configuration, remote  administration, Remedy software, audio/visual systems, Blackberry communication devices, Information Assurance configurations, DoD and DISA *Information Assurance programs
*Experience giving scheduled/unscheduled briefings before management and/or customers

*Must be able to obtain, or already possess, a secret security clearance
