Job Responsibilities

The incumbent will assist clients in effectively executing the client's business strategies through their people and maximize return on employee investment.The incumbent will assist the client in transforming the client's Human Resource function, including their policies, operations & dashboards, and increasing their workforce capability. Transformational and event-driven changes will be made by focusing on organization design, leadership, culture, change management, communications, and training.
Qualifications

Requirements:
*Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resource Management, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
*Minimum of one (1) years' experience

Desired Competencies/Experience/Certifications:
*Knowledge and understanding of organizational design and operations within enterprise-wide multinational corporations in some of the following  areas:
Business operations
Talent management
Change management
Development & delivery of learning programs
Project management
Financial management
Accounting
Risk Management and/or Process improvement
*Exposure to building detailed organization designs including reporting relationship, complex linkage, and unit-level accountability
*Proven abilities with identifying and addressing clients needs and delivering quality results in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
*Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to accomplish the following:
Understanding of PwC's services
Interacting with client counterparts in an organized and knowledgeable manner
Building solid relationships with clients
Collecting & organizing data effectively
Perform basic analysis such as benchmarking reports, financial markets, and operational analyses
Structuring approaches to solving discrete problems, delivering clear requests for information, and flexibility in prioritizing and completing             tasks
Conveying ideas clearly in an oral & written manner, both one-on-one and small group settings
Applying research & analytical skills to support through leadership and intellectual property development
*Proven track record of some success as a team member by contributing to the following:
A positive work environment by building solid relationships with colleagues
Understanding individual and team roles
Seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback when necessary

Clearance:
*Must be able to obtain or currently possess a secret security clearance
