Job Responsibilities
Candidate will support the Risk Assessment team or the Validation team by authoring, collecting and maintaining security documentation such as System Security Plans, Disaster Recovery Plans, Incident Reports, Network Topologies, etc. The candidate will participate in and assist subordinate bases/commands in the DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) and Risk Management Framework (RMF) to include artifact generation, requirement analysis, security test and evaluation (ST&E) planning and execution, risk assessment and analysis.  Candidate will support the development of Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M), systems analysis and hardening strategies, incident response and policy analysis, trusted product evaluation, and IA assessments. Candidate will conduct SCAP Tool testing and results gathering. Candidate needs to be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite to include Visio.  Travel could be 50% during high-volume times of the year.
Qualifications

Candidate should be familiar with both process and network equipment used throughout Industrial Control Systems (ICS) applications and installation techniques, understanding of IP networking, networking protocols, and security-related technologies with respect to information assurance Working knowledge of network security concepts and best practices, operating system hardening, network device hardening, and experience with network security assessments with respect to common vulnerabilities associated with ICS.  Candidates should be familiar with FISMA, NIST 800 series, Federal RMF and have the ability to articulate such guidelines, policy and processes to supported command staff. 

1.     Educational: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Assurance, Cyber Security, or Management of Information Systems/Technology. (Associate's Degree can be approved by the customer.)

2.     Experience: 3-5 years minimum in Information Assurance/Information Security

3.     Certifications: CompTIA Security + to be completed within 6 months (or a higher certification that meets the requirements for IAT Level II or IAM Level I in accordance with DoD 8570.M Table 3

4.     Clearance:  a) US Citizenship required b) SECRET Clearance required
