Job Responsibilities
As a Software/Integration Analyst, the candidate will provide support for analyzing and developing resources to expand and sustain the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Philadelphia Medical Master Catalog (MMC) and other DMLSS-W applications, as well as managing the DMLSS-W Infrastructure, its servers and applications and software to be sustained securely and in accordance with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) and Information Assurance (IA) guidelines. The purpose of this support is to supply the Medical Directorate, Medical Supply Chains, and our partners at DMLSS-Retail with the most up-to-date catalog information and Readiness Planning data. This support will include oversight of Software Quality Assurance practices and Software Lifecycle Management to meet DLA Best Practices and DoD Audit Readiness standards. In addition, the Software/Integration Analyst will support the DLA Troop Support Medical Directorate, Medical Supply Chains and our partners at DMLSS-Retail with the most reliable and stable platform possible for our DMM online web portal, as well as, manage software development compliance within the program. He/She will also provide support for gate-keeping functionality, release management & application, and SQL & Oracle administration for DMLSS-W.
As the Software/Integration Analyst, the candidate must be knowledgeable in implementing computer systems in a phased approach of requirements analysis and conceptual design, site survey, system design review, critical design review, installation, integration, and testing. He/She must have experience in performing requirements analysis for a wide range of users in areas of office automation, ability to present system designs for user approval at formal reviews, capable of performing configuration management, integrating software, interpreting software test results & recommending solutions for unsatisfactory test results. He/She will also need experience in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, & management, and provide solutions to identified software problem reports.
Qualifications
Requirements:
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Possess IT-III security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI)
  • Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
  • Availability for CONUS travel as required
