Job Responsibilities
As a Senior JOIC Mobile Strategic Missile Intelligence Support, the successful candidate will provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for adversary land-based mobile Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM) that supports Commander US Strategic Command J2 Directorate's (CDRUSSTRATCOM/J2) Strategic Deterrence, Global Strike, Global Missile Defense, analysis and targeting mission areas. He/She will support CDRUSSTRATCOM plans and Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE) analysis with duties that include providing situational awareness of adversary threat capabilities to support indications & warnings (I&W), authoring strategic regional and global JIPOE products to enable deliberate and crisis action planning, and authoring intelligence products for the USSTRATCOM headquarters staff, assigned component commands and task forces, and the intelligence community.

The candidate will prepare, integrate, brief and publish broad and complex all-source intelligence studies, papers, briefings, and assessments in coordination with other agency elements and integrated circuit (IC) components on adversary regional issues to inform senior decision makers in acquisitions, operations, planning, and policymaking communities. He/She will conduct near-term, mid-term, and long-term analysis supporting the JIOC's mission of providing current intelligence to senior leadership as well as support to deliberate and operational planning. He/She will also support, establish, and continue a network of contacts for all-source analysis and reporting, ensure analytical findings are based upon multi-layered research and sources and provide a functional perspective with regional emphasis on relevant existing and emerging threats, as well as support the development of intelligence collection requirements and providing feedback and evaluations to IC reporting.

The candidate will participate on teams for special projects or studies of considerable scope and depth critical to the resolution of strategic deterrence issues and problems, and interpret complex legislative, regulatory, and policy guidance to prepare recommendations for management. He/She shall maintain government furnished databases and software applications, to include the use of visualization tools, in support of strategic intelligence analysis to include support to briefings, papers, and presentations as requested by USSTRATCOM/J2. He/She will also attend relevant government meetings as required in support of analyzing and planning for the government, which may include periodic training, staff, production and technical exchange meetings either on-site or off-site and provide minutes of these meetings as required. He/She will provide analytical support for the development, validation, implementation and modification of current and evolving command and DoD planning documents requiring insight into foreign strategic forces, policy, intentions and technology as well as serving as the Subject Matter Experts (SMD) to support command exercises, training events, war games, and crisis response operations as required.
Qualifications
Requirements:
*A minimum of twelve (12) years' experience as an all-source intelligence analyst authoring or editing intelligence products
*A minimum of eight (8) years' experience as an all-source analyst authoring or editing intelligence products in Area 3
*A minimum of five (5) years' experience as an all-source analyst authoring or editing intelligence products focused on OOB, disposition, capabilities or doctrine for mobile strategic missiles
*Providing support for plans and JIPOE analysis, including providing situational awareness for adversary threat capabilities to support I&W, authoring strategic regional and global JIPOE products to enable deliberate and crisis action planning, and authoring intelligence products for the USSTRATCOM headquarters staff, assigned component commands & task forces, and the intelligence community
*Preparation, integration, briefing, and publishing broad and complex all-source intelligence studies, papers, briefings, and assessments in coordination with other agency elements and IC components on adversary regional issues
*Conducting near-term, mid-term, and long-term analysis supporting the JIOC's mission of providing current intelligence to senior leadership as well as support to deliberate and operational planning
*Familiarization with the utilization of open source/social media exploitation tools
*Supporting the development of intelligence collection requirements and providing feedback and evaluations to IC reporting
*Providing analytical support for the development, validation, implementation, and modification of current and evolving command and DoD planning documents requiring insight into foreign strategic forces, policy, intentions, and technology
*Direct intelligence analysis experience at an IC or DoD intelligence agency, combatant command or DoD intelligence unit, of which at least eight (8) years' experience are analyzing strategic mobile missiles, or 12+ years' of civilian intelligence analysis experience or equivalent academic experience with adversary strategic mobile missiles
*SME or recognized expert with general DIA analytic credentials who has authored/published intelligence products or civilian/academic pieces on adversary strategic mobile missiles

*A Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information with Nuclear Command & Control (SCI and NC2)
