Job Responsibilities
The qualified candidate will manage multiple control accounts across multiple task orders for the Ballistic Missile Defense System Support (BMDSS) organization's Project Management Office (PMO) Control Account Manager (CAM), which is responsible for overseeing managing Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements resulting in effective technical, cost, and schedule integration for the program at the Missile Defense Integration and Operations Center (MDIOC). The PMO CAM will contribute to the development and timely delivery of task order proposals and modifications, as well as collaborate with the Joint National Integration Center Research & Development Contract (JRDC) Project Control Analysts in planning initial baseline artifacts to include Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), time-phased budgets, bill-of-materials (BOM) and other-direct-cost (ODC) spending plans. He/She will meet monthly JRDC business and finance requirements on the development and timely delivery of baseline change artifacts, estimate-to-complete forecasts, variance analysis reports (VAR), and contribute to program management reviews (PMR) with the customer.

He/She must demonstrate proficient communication skills with facilitating contract performance report (CPR) reviews, collaborating with scope execution teams, and facilitate approval boards & customer program management reviews.
Qualifications
Requirements:
*Bachelor degree in a technical, business or finance-related discipline with a minimum of eight (8) years' experience (acceptable alternative  education/experience: Associate/12 years, Master/3 years)
*Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a CAM (or in support of project planning and/or IMS integration)
*Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
*Must be detail oriented and innovative
*Must possess excellent proofreading skills
*Must be able to express Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) topics to non-technical and non-financial audiences

Desired Competencies/Experience/Certifications:
*Experience in supporting successful Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR)
*Ability to create advanced financial analysis tools in MS Excel to be used by others
*Prior leadership roles in establishing and improving EVMS and/or project management related processes
*Previous experience as a project manager

Clearance:
*Must be able to obtain, or already possess, a secret security clearance
