Electromechanical Assembler
  
Job Responsibilities

Work closely with R&D project team members to build and integrate complex electromechanical systems for aerospace and high-performance applications.

An Electromechanical Assembler will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting precision mechanical and electrical components. This role is critical to ensuring that our advanced products meet stringent quality and performance standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience with precision assembly, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electromechanical components, sub-assemblies, cable harnesses, and systems based on engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Perform precision mechanical assembly, wiring, soldering, and integration of electrical and mechanical parts.
  • Conduct functional and performance testing of assembled systems to ensure compliance with aerospace and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly and integration issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to meet project timelines and technical requirements.
  • Document assembly and testing results for quality assurance and traceability.
  • Adhere to strict safety and quality protocols, including handling of sensitive aerospace components.
Professional Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or an associate degree in electromechanical technology, aerospace, or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Strong skills in mechanical assembly, wiring, and precision alignment.
  • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical testing equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong soldering skills.
  • Previous experience in aerospace, defense, or high-end electromechanical assembly.
  • Knowledge of precision mechanical components, actuators, sensors, and control systems.
  • IPC and/or aerospace assembly certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience with torque specifications, alignment procedures, and cleanroom assembly practices.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard safety and quality protocols.
