Executive Administrator
  
Job Responsibilities

Creare seeks a highly organized and self-motivated individual to provide executive-level administrative support and help ensure effective day-to-day operations of its Engineering R&D and product business. The Executive Administrator will work closely with senior leadership and take on a variety of responsibilities that require strong communication skills, attention to detail, and advanced proficiency with office software tools. This position involves managing schedules; tracking deliverables and project financials; coordinating meetings and travel; drafting and preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations; and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

The Executive Administrator will also assist with corporate projects,  contributing to process improvements, information system enhancements, and quality documentation across multiple areas of the business. Candidates should be comfortable handling confidential information, prioritizing multiple requests, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Professional Requirements
  • Minimum Associate’s Degree in Business, Office Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable learning new tools and processes as business needs evolve

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting senior leadership
  • Familiarity with project management tools, database systems, report writers

 

Creare offers a competitive compensation package, including but not limited to a substantial annual staff bonus, industry-leading 401(k) contributions and plan options, paid family leave, and a range of medical plans.  Mutual respect, teamwork, and the ability to do the highest quality work define our staff and work environment. Starting salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on level of education completed and years of relevant experience.
