Creare seeks an experienced HR generalist to support its Human Resources operations. This position will provide administrative support in several areas including, but not limited to: employee benefits, recruiting, performance and compensation, event planning, training, regulatory compliance, and corporate projects. This full-time position offers growth and career opportunities through on-the-job training in Creare’s challenging high-tech engineering environment.
Associate’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education experience); PHR and/or SHRM certifications are a plus. Successful candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail/accuracy, organizational skills, strong business analysis skills, and expertise with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and databases. Successful candidates will have the ability to take ownership of tasks with little management oversight and must have strong future leadership potential.

Starting salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on level of education completed and years of relevant experience.
