IT Systems Administrator
  
Job Responsibilities

Join Creare’s busy IT department to support a high-tech engineering environment. Duties will include network and system administration and troubleshooting; monitoring and responding to cyber-security events; PC technical support (hardware and software installations, workstation set-up, network hook-up, PC and peripheral repairs, conference room support, troubleshooting); as well as support to management (needs assessment/planning and new technology implementation); and more.

Professional Requirements

An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) is required. Specific experience must include software and hardware installation and support, firewall and VPN maintenance,  Windows Active Directory, virtualization and storage infrastructure, and Microsoft Office 365 applications (administration and training). Preferred but not required: experience with cloud-based phone systems, cloud computing, patch administration, vulnerability remediation, mobile device management and mobile support (e.g. Office and MFA mobile apps), Exchange Online, printer/copier maintenance and troubleshooting experience, CAD support, and SQL database administration. Excellent communication skills coupled with effective technical and work prioritization skills are a must.  An individual with strong organizational skills, able to lead special projects and deliver timely results is preferred. 

Creare offers a competitive compensation package, including but not limited to a substantial discretionary annual staff bonus, industry-leading 401(k) contributions and plan options, a range of medical plan offerings, and the potential for signing or startup bonuses.  The starting salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, and is based on level of education completed and years of relevant work experience.
