A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of management experience and 5-10 years of technical experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) is required. Specific experience must include managing a team, developing a budget, overseeing cyber-security compliance, software and hardware installation and support, Windows Active Directory, Microsoft desktop operating systems, and Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook). Preferred but not required: experience with DeskPro helpdesk system, PBX/VOIP phone systems, mobile device management and mobile support (e.g. Office and MFA apps), Exchange email servers, printer maintenance and troubleshooting experience, CAD support, and SQL database administration.
