Become a member of the Creare Building & Grounds team and ensure the day-to-day functionality of Creare’s facility and its many operating systems. Duties range from monitoring/repairing/maintaining facility systems to build/remodel construction projects to direction of on-site contractors to general labor (moving furniture, landscaping, salting/sanding walkways).

The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of key commercial building systems (i.e., fire alarm/monitoring/sprinklers, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, etc.) and hands-on experience/capability with general building repair and maintenance.  Effective communication skills, the ability to prioritize and multi-task independently, and a positive, team-oriented attitude are a must.  A minimum of a high school diploma/GED and 5-10 years related experience is required.  Valid driver’s license and safe driving record as well as the ability to lift/carry up to 100 pounds are also required.
