Qeqiit Restaurant is looking for energetic individuals that demonstrate respect for fellow associates with a strong set of skills that ensure teamwork and organization in the kitchen, knowledge of equipment and great customer service. Our Cooks must be able to understand menu and recipe by following food preparation of Head Chef. Understanding of food portioning and plate presentation standards. Maintain sanitary food storage and stocking, cleanliness of kitchen equipment and constant cleaning of prep areas and stations. The job may assume other roles in the kitchen. Our Cook must be comfortable with flexible work schedules, and may work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain a valid health card. 
  • 6 months Line Cook and/or Deli experience including breakfast, lunch, and dinner and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in food service with good working knowledge of professional kitchen, equipment, and food products.
  • Customer service experience preferred.

Must be willing to submit pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
