Description
The Vac Truck/Super Sucker Operator is a position that provides rig support in an arctic oilfield environment. Additionally the position requires someone to be willing to step up and take on additional tasks when not driving.

Education
• High school diploma or GED.

Experience
• Three years of Vac Truck or Super Sucker (250 – 325 bbl) experience.
• Arctic oilfield experience.

Special Requirements/Certifications
• Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• NSTC


Physical Requirements
•Standard Environment: Standard Industrial Environment.
•Noise Level: Noise exposure is usually moderate to very loud, frequently requiring the use of ear protection.
•Weather Exposure: The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.
•Hazardous Materials Exposure: Frequently required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials.

•Ability to access all controls and all parts of machinery for service.
•Ability to push/pull 50 pounds for 20 feet.
•Ability to hear audible safety alarms.
•Ability to perform above listed tasks in a safe manner and take hand signals from ground man or flag man.
•Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist, 30 pounds from waist level to shoulder height and carry 50 pounds for 20 feet.
