Answering and transferring calls to the correct department.

Printing badges

Directing new employees where to go for orientation

Typing, filing, telephone reception, and other general and specific office duties as necessary.

Provides administrative and clerical support as needed.

Other tasks assigned may be jobsite-specific.





Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.


Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. 


Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.


Ability to understand and utilize basic accounting principles in order to accurately provide cost reports, client invoices, and cost analysis. 


Ability to understand, analyze and interpret general contract provisions relating to invoicing and submission requirement.

Ability to listen and communicate effectively.  

High School Diploma

One - two years related experience or equivalent combination.

Special Requirements/Certifications
One - two year experience.

MOBILITY: While performing the duties of this job, the employee uses computers on a daily basis. He/she is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

HEARING: The employee frequently is required to talk or hear while answering phones, working with customers, clients, supervisors, etc.

VISUAL ACUITY: Must be adequate to perform above listed tasks in a safe manner. Ability to see and complete work on a personal computer and read color coded writing on equipment forms, etc.

LIFTING: Must be able to lift 20 lbs from floor to waist, 20 lbs from waist to shoulder height. Must be able to carry 20 lbs for 20 feet.
