Description

The Project Manager will help the company and project each achieve its mission. Responsible for the overall management of on-site supervision. To build the project per the contract and specifications as per the design/build team and the clients RFP. 

A Project Manager will supervise all electrical projects by developing a construction estimate, labor reports, subcontracts and major purchase order based off the construction estimate. Develop the schedules with milestones to me the company and client’s requirements. Develop and oversee the procurement of specialty and electrical equipment required meet the clients schedule. The Project Manager will insure that the work will be done on time, under budget, and satisfy the client.

Education

Certified Master Electrician

4 year DOL electrical apprenticeship certification or military/trade school equivalent.

Experience

16 years of extensive electrical estimating and construction experience in multiple electrical disciplines.  

Extensive experience in DOD, DOE and other gverment agencies as the SES Electrical LLC contracts are 95% for many United State government agencies. 

Expert knowledge of National Electrical Codes

         Expert knowledge of Fire Life Safety Codes  

         Expert knowledge Fire Alarm Codes

Experience and expert knowledge of the UFC and U.S. government agency construction codes.

         Experience with reading and understanding;

               Electrical drawings and specifications

               Mechanical drawings

               Architectural drawings

               Structural drawings

               Landscape and civil drawings

Special & Complex Systems such as Fire Alarm, Communications, Security & Camera system

Possess vast knowledge of various electrical materials, equipment & special systems equipment.

         Experienced in electrical normal and innovative construction techniques.

Experienced and knowledgeable in the use of all tools used in electrical construction.

Special Requirements/Certifications

OSHA 30-Hour Certified

First Aid Certified

CPR Certified

Understanding of client schedules

               Microsoft Project

               Primavera

               Bar Chart

               Critical Path

         Knowledge and ability to establish SEL Management Action Plan (MAP)

Construction Estimate

Project Schedule.

               Q.C., Safety Plans and work plans as require by the client or agency.

Organize stake holders to attend and conduct as many turnover meetings as required to achieve all stakeholders having a clear undertaking of their accountability and assignments to build the project.

Physical Requirements
Travel may be required.
