Description

Perform administrative duties in the production and submission of labor compliance documents, including but not limited to certified payroll reports, statements of compliance, OCIP reports,etc.

 

 

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. 

Generate and submit certified payroll reports weekly or by established deadlines

Upload certified payroll and labor compliance documents

Investigate and correct certified payroll discrepancies and errors 

Generate OCIP reports and submit to appropriate parties

Maintenance of certified payroll files and OCIP records

Handles routine certified payroll inquiries both internally and externally

Routine communication with project teams and management on compliance issues

Provide backup documentation for audits as necessary

Submit Monthly Utilization Reports as necessary (DIR, OCIP, DOL etc.)

 

Other duties maybe assigned.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
3 years experience in payroll or related function.
