Description
- Ability to assist in the use of hardware, servers, printers, business software and operating systems.
- Ability to independently configure and install desktop and laptop systems and install applications on systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair systems and applications installed on desktop and laptop systems.
- Ability to assist with organizing, prioritizing, assisting, and giving directions to the help desk team in meeting the day to day support requirements.
-Ability to organize, prioritize and assist with daily technical support in organizations with different support requirements.
Education
Associates Degree or equivalent experience and appropriate certifications.
Experience
- 2 years help desk experience
- Coordinate with other branches of IT, team player
- Maintain documentation for procedures and processes, as well as, maintenance logs and equipment databases.
Special Requirements/Certifications
-Security+ Certification
