actions, and root cause analysis for the UC mission and maintain the UC/IT
equipment located in HQ AMC to resolve ticket issues. The ticket record shall be updated with the

inspections (PMIs) on all AMC CIO/G-6
owned UC/IT equipment at least once a year.
The contactor shall develop a PMI plan and schedule in accordance with
DI-MISC-80508., CDRL A001 that follows the original equipment manufacturers
recommended maintenance. Information
delineating the PMIs, including the equipment inspected, maintenance performed,
parts/supplies/materials used or needed, and status of the inspection shall be
reported in the monthly status and progress report. This includes checking and resetting hardware
and software settings involving input/output levels, gain, and compression in
order to maximize performance.
c. Perform break/fix actions, as coordinated with Tier
III and approved by the Change Advisory Board (CAB) d. Provide priority support
for HQ AMC's "Top Six" in accordance with AMC G-6's priority mix e.
Monitor UC session, HW, SW, networks, the internal Campus Area Network (CAN) UC
infrastructure hosting AMC mission and business applications, and the
interconnectivity to ensure all are working properly and teak measures to avoid
or resolve network issues as they arise f. Setup and maintain VTC and A/V
equipment in Government conference rooms, labs, auditoriums, and decision
centers, and other locations; and maintain, operate, and schedule multi-point
communications, and multiple network link encryptions where installed g.
Provide hands-on (touch labor) set up and troubleshooting of UC sessions for
the UC-Enabled BCCs, the HQ AMC Operations Center, the GITOC, individual
offices, and GO quarters with UC capabilities, and other special purpose/unique
conference or A/V rooms.
h. Provide one hour in room setup support for all Top Six
events and conduct roll call and audio quality checks and as required.
i. Record UC sessions, as requested by the customer and
j. Complete a daily status report that addresses issues,
concerns, and anomalies, such as projector lamp usage, calendar reconciliation,
scheduling conflicts, event no-shows, and operational issues. Serious or
significant operational anomalies shall be elevated to the Government.
Education/Experience - Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field plus two to four years of experience.
