Dentist: Part-time - 24 hrs, Aurora

Part Time/18.75 to 30
The Obstetric and Gynecology physician provides health assessment and direct care to obstetric and gynecology patients as part of the provider team providing services to VNA Health Center patients.
Provide a high standard of dental care encompassing preventive, operative, periodontal, oral surgery and other dental treatments as needed, according to the VNA Health Center Dental Scope of Practice.
To remain current in clinical expertise through utilization of continuing education.
To meet dental program productivity standards and goals as outlined by 330 Grant guidelines.
To exhibit professional behavior and leadership qualities in presence of patients and other dental staff.
Participates in quality improvement/assurance activities.
Familiarizes and complies with all VNA policies and procedures.
Unencumbered license to practice dentistry in Illinois.
DDS or DMD degree from an American Dental Association dental school or foreign equivalent.
Qualified in Basic Life Support.

Essential Functions/Physical Requirements:
1. Vision correctable to minimum 20/60.
2. Full use of limbs that would otherwise limit practice of dentistry.
