Benefits Summary

Telamon conducts regular wage studies in efforts to offer a competitive benefits package to employees. While the benefits offered vary on the class of positions held (e.g. full-time, seasonal, temporary, etc.), they include: competitive wages, a medical plan (including dental and vision care), life and disability insurance, employer contributions to a 403(b) retirement savings account, workers compensation, unemployment insurance, a flexible spending plan for child care and uncovered medical expenses, a generous leave plan and ten paid holidays each year.
